Watch: Arizona Woman Ruthlessly Runs Over Boyfriend After Finding Out He Has HIV

Who's really in the wrong?

Misty Wilke was arrested in Phoenix after a video showed the 44-year-old woman run down her boyfriend. While being questioned by the police, Wilke admitted that she assaulted her lover because she learned he was HIV positive.

Witnesses in the area said that they saw Wilke’s boyfriend riding on a bike while she drove around him and looked like she was trying to intimidate him. Eventually, Wilke lined her car up with her boyfriend, and hit the gas.

A surveillance camera caught the woman hit the cyclist and take off. Nearby witnesses can then be seen attempting to aid the man. As a result of him being sent flipping into the air, Wilke’s boyfriend suffered a broken back and head injury.

Police officials have stated that she committed the act because her boyfriend has just been diagnosed with HIV.

Wilke is currently being charged with two counts of aggravated assault.
