FBI Executes Search and Arrest Warrant at Memphis Home Linked to Pooh Shiesty

Federal agents descended on a Cordova, Tennessee, home owned by the family of the Memphis rapper on Wednesday morning. The FBI confirmed the warrant but offered no further details on the target.

Federal agents have executed a search and arrest warrant at a Memphis-area home connected to rapper Pooh Shiesty, the FBI confirmed Wednesday morning, setting off a wave of concern across the hip-hop community.

The FBI confirmed agents were executing “a federal court authorized search and arrest warrant” at a home in Cordova, Tennessee, FOX13 Memphis reported. Reporters arrived on scene around 6 a.m. to find agents with the FBI going in and out of the residence.

The Shelby County Assessor’s website lists the property under the name Lontrell Williams, which is the legal name shared by both Pooh Shiesty and his father, according to FOX13. As of Wednesday morning, it was not immediately known who the specific target of the operation was. The FBI did not elaborate further on the search.

Action News 5 confirmed that the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation was also present at the scene alongside federal agents. No arrests have been publicly confirmed at this time and no charges have been announced.

Where Pooh Shiesty Stands Legally

Pooh Shiesty, born Lontrell Dennell Williams Jr., was released from federal prison in October 2025 after serving a 63-month sentence for a firearms conspiracy charge. He had pleaded guilty in 2022 in connection with a 2020 robbery and shooting at a hotel in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, per Blueprint Miami.

His early release placed him on home confinement with a supervised release date of April 11, 2026. Since his release, Shiesty had been working on new music and reconnecting with his fanbase. He dropped “FDO” (First Day Out) upon his release and had been generating significant buzz heading into what many expected to be a full comeback year.
