The now-former couple married in a 2017 ceremony in Chicago. They did not have a prenuptial agreement, and neither is seeking spousal support.
During a press conference on April 29, Diggins, 34, subtly addressed the split. “Drop the 'Smith’... people have always called me whatever you want to call me anyways,” she said.
The duo shares two children—Rowen Seven, 6, and Ana Lia Irie, 2. According to the filing, Smith will contribute to child support through payments for daycare, education, and future post-secondary school expenses.
