Ab-Soul is seriously considering a cornea transplant.

The Top Dawg MC is very vocal about his struggles with Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, a disorder of the skin and mucous membranes, which doctors diagnosed in him at age 10, and during a recent interview with GoodFellaMedia, he revealed that his vision is worsening to the point that it may be time for surgery.

“I was talking to Puffy –– or Dr. Sean Combs –– and he really suggests that I go ahead and try to get a cornea transplant," Ab said. "I’m just a little eerie about that because what if they mess up?"

He's still clear, however, on how to be optimistic about living with the disease, whether or not he goes under the knife. "I just look at it on a brighter side," he added. "You can’t have it all. I have vivid memory of having 20-20 vision." 

Elsewhere in the interview Soulo also talks about the surprise Diddy feature on his album These Days, which released with good reviews earlier this year.
