Blake Griffin Used This Classic 'Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air' GIF In Reaction To Being Traded To The Pistons

And the internet kept the theme going with crazy reactions of their own.

The news sent instant shockwaves through the NBA community Monday evening — Blake Griffin traded from the Los Angeles Clippers to the Detroit Pistons.

The blockbuster deal had the Pistons receiving the five-time All-Star forward in addition to Brice Johnson and Willie Reed in exchange for Tobias Harris, Avery Bradley, Boban Marjanovic and a first- and second-round draft pick, as reported by ESPN. The trade was especially shocking considering Griffin, 28, has spent his entire career with the Clippers and he had signed a five-year, $171 million extension with the franchise last July.

Just like the NBA community of players and fans, Griffin himself was surprised, responding to being traded by tweeting out this classic Fresh Prince of Bel-Air GIF. Best of all? The internet ran with the theme with Fresh Prince GIFs of their own.
