RZA Inspired by André 3000's New Flute Project, Plans Another Instrumental Album
RZA is a fan of André 3000’s new LP New Blue Sun. So much so that it’s perhaps inspired him to create and release something in the same vein.
Catching up with TMZ recently, the Wu-Tang Clan co-founder revealed that the OutKast artist’s instrumental-only flute project is something that he’s been playing heavily.
“That album is on repeat in my house. Me and my wife, we just sit down and it keeps us very zen in the crib,” he told the outlet. “It had me washing dishes! It’s a good vibe.”

Furthermore, RZA said he wants to do another instrumental album after hearing 3 Stacks’. “André, congratulations. I’m actually gonna do another instrumental album myself,” he noted. “Hip-hop is going to show you that there’s no limits to what we do.”
“Another” is about a 2007 instrumental album he created titled The RZA — Instrumental Experience. He’s also composed instrumental music for film soundtracks such as Ghost Dog, Kill Bill, and The Man with the Iron Fists.
