‘Tyler Perry’s Divorced Sistas’: This Week’s ‘Sis, You Trippin’ Award Goes to Naomi

Naomi’s out-of-control antics pose a danger to herself and others, especially her close friends.

Naomi wins the Sis, You Trippin Award. This is not a prestigious award. No one in any friend group wants to be the one who holds this distinction. However, it’s “Tyler Perry’s Divorced Sistas,” so you already know it had to go to someone. Last week, Geneva got it, but it was only a matter of time before Naomi got called to the front of the conference room for her reckoning, too, because what?

We cut her some slack by not awarding her the first award because even though she was dead wrong for throwing scalding water on her ex-husband’s new wife’s back, she was provoked into that. It’s clear that her ex-husband was abusive and still knows how to push her buttons. However, it doesn’t give you the license to terrorize everyone else.

‘Tyler Perry’s Sistas’: Karen's Labor Takes A Darker Turn

Naomi has more than enough money to afford therapy, but instead, she exploits the gigolo she pays, and based on the past few episodes we’ve seen, we know she’s not good to her friends either. They showed up at her home out of concern for her, and she decided to torment them instead, especially Rasheda, by bringing up the fact that her husband might be cheating on her with a man. We’re not done with Naomi’s shenanigans, but the rest of the ladies may want to reconsider that friendship.

Bridgette seemed to be the only one with that idea, and it’s probably because she doesn’t have as long of a friendship with Naomi as some of the other ladies do, but a friendship divorce from Naomi is a good idea. She’s prone to physical violence, so who's to say she won’t assault one of them the next time she gets upset? And she refuses to put her big girl panties on and be a grown woman.

When people go low, Naomi drags it all to hell. Naomi, Sis, you trippin.
