How on Earth did we ever waste our time before YouTube and social media? The Internet is, obviously, a fount of useless-yet-fascinating information and videos. The latest viral treat comes from popular channel The Food Surgeon, which recently posted a new video showcasing a Kit-Kat bar being implanted into a Three Musketeers with the precision of open heart surgery. 

The video takes place on a kitchen O.R. table, as both patients — the KitKat and Three Musketeers bar — await their operation.

The implantation begins when the "surgeon" takes a scalpel to split the Kit-Kat bar:

The surgeon then removes the bottom of the Three Musketeers bar…

And removes the fluffy chocolate filling.

Next comes the insertion of the Kit-Kat:

And finally, after the operation is deemed a success, the reward:
