SZA’s ‘I Hate U’ Gets The Visual Treatment With Heated LaKeith Stanfield Cameo

The TDE songstress officially released the TikTok-viral song last month.

The music video for SZA’s TikTok viral hit “I Hate U” has finally been released.

The Jack Begert-directed visuals open with actor LaKeith Stanfield yelling at the phone while sitting in his car, which is parked in a vacant parking lot next to the ocean. He then climbs out of the vehicle and walks to the beach.

Later in the video, Stanfield loses his cool after receiving a text from the TDE songstress reading “I hate u,” and in exasperation, tosses his phone into the water.
