Miami Man Stabbed To Death After Domestic Incident With OnlyFans Model Girlfriend

The family of 27-year-old Christian Toby Obumseli wants answers.

A 27-year-old man living in Miami has allegedly been stabbed to death by his girlfriend after a domestic dispute.

According to CBS Miami, the Miami Police Department claims that the man was stabbed inside One Paraiso in the city’s Edgewater neighborhood. While authorities did not release the man or woman’s name involved in the alleged tragic incident, the news station identified him as Christian Toby Obumseli, who is Black. His girlfriend, according to reports, is a white OnlyFans model.

Obumseli was reportedly transported by Miami Fire Rescue to JMH’s Ryder Trauma Center where he died.

Friends say, According to CBS Miami, that Obumseli recently moved to Miami and was living with his girlfriend at the building where he was stabbed.

"He was just really high-energy, bright, intelligent, would bring a smile to anyone," friend Josh Ramsey said, according to the news station, and added that the couple's friends are in shock over his killing.

"These are our two friends we’ve gone on vacation with, we go to dinners with, we go out on the town with them, and it seems like it’s straight out of a crime documentary," Ramsey said. "We would have never guessed it would have escalated to this point. I think I speak for our whole friend group, we are just shocked. Very distraught about this."

Obumseli’s girlfriend’s name hasn’t been revealed publicly due to the Baker Act, which “enables families and loved ones to provide emergency mental health services and temporary detention for people who are impaired because of their mental illness,” according to University of Florida Health. NBC Miami reports that a woman was detained at the scene and later taken for a mental health evaluation.

Others claiming to know the couple say Obumseli’s girlfriend was an OnlyFans model who posted content just days after his death.

Civil Rights Attorney Lee Merritt also spoke out about Obumseli’s death and its cause.
