Drake Gifts Sexyy Red Icy Cartier Watch
Rising rapper Sexyy Red has a new fan in Drake. The Canadian superstar gifted the "Pound Town" performer a new icy Cartier watch just weeks after they met at the Brooklyn stop of the It's All a Blur tour.
"Ice me out Drake, turn me up Drake!" she said in a video, per Complex.
In an interview at Rolling Loud, Sexyy Red joked about her relationship with the rap star. "We be f******—I'm just playing, that's my peoples," she said during the Miami festival. We got a song coming out. I mean, supposed to be but I did some little shit on his song. He sent me a beat and I had rapped for him or whatever. He was f****** with it so we gon' see if he drop dat b***h.”
Drake has shared flirtatious photos of Sexyy Red on his IG, including one of him kissing the rapper on her cheek and writing, "Just met my rightful wife."
Sexyy Red became a household name after going viral on social media for her single "Pound Town," her latest song, "Skee Yee," is "SkeeYee" was recently released on her debut, Hood Hottest Princess.
Drake is full of surprises lately. The superstar recently announced that he has found a new home in Houston, Texas.
At a show in the city, he said, "I finally, finally after all these years, found me a place in Houston, Texas," he told the crowd, who cheered after hearing the news. "So, y'all will be seeing me around."
