Rihanna Cheers On A$AP Rocky as He Reveals Album Cover

The Harlem rapper sparked buzz after unveiling the cover art for his long-awaited album, with Rihanna proudly showing love in the sweetest way.

A$AP Rocky is officially back in album mode, and Rihanna is front and center, cheering him on.

The Harlem rapper unveiled the cover art for his long-awaited upcoming album, “Don’t Be Dumb,” on Tuesday, immediately sparking conversation across social media.

The striking visual appeared to hint at involvement from legendary filmmaker Tim Burton, though the “Trunks” rapper’s caption left just enough mystery to keep fans guessing.

“SORRY 4 THE WAIT DON’T BE DUMB FINALLY HERE! THANKS TIM BURTON FOR HELPING ME MAKE THIS MOVIE,” he wrote alongside the artwork.

It didn’t take long for our Bad gal to make her presence felt in the comments.

Showing love and pride for her longtime partner, the global superstar chimed in with an enthusiastic message that quickly became a headline of its own.

“So f*cking proud!!!! LETS GOOOO BABY.”

While A$AP’s post suggested a collaboration with Burton, the full story is a bit more layered.

In a 2024 interview with Billboard, the “Highest 2 Lowest” actor previously opened up about the album’s dark, cinematic direction and his admiration for the “Beetlejuice” director’s signature aesthetic.

“In this very moment, it’s very grim. That’s an abbreviation,” the father of three explained at the time.

“It’s infusing German expressionism with ghetto futurism.”

According to the artist, “Don’t Be Dumb” was envisioned as more than just an album — it was meant to feel like a movie.

The 37-year-old revealed that he initially hoped Burton would create the album’s cover art, but scheduling conflicts prevented the collaboration from fully coming together.

Still, the two were able to connect creatively.

“I sat, and I played the album for Tim Burton, and he was f*cking with it heavy,” he recalled.

“He was rocking his head, and he’s like, ‘Wow! I didn’t know you made that kind of music!’”

Though Burton ultimately wasn’t able to design the cover himself, the “Sundress” rapper did manage to bring in one of the director’s most iconic collaborators.

Longtime Burton composer Danny Elfman contributed musical snippets throughout the project, including on a track produced by The Alchemist,  further cementing the album’s cinematic ambitions.
