Nick Cannon Isn’t Ready for a Vasectomy and Isn’t Ruling Out More Kids

The father of 12 acknowledges the procedure is responsible.

Nick Cannon isn’t closing the door on expanding his already large family.

During a recent episode of his “We Playin’ Spades” podcast with co-host Courtney Bee, “The Masked Singer” host joined former NFL stars Ryan Clark and Channing Crowder in a discussion about the rising number of Black men opting for vasectomies.

While Cannon acknowledged the procedure as a “responsible thing to do,” he admitted he’s not quite ready to take that step.

“It’s another man at this table that needs to think about that s—t,” Crowder quipped in reference to Cannon.

Feeling the heat, the industry veteran joked, “Feel like this is an intervention.” He went on to admit, “I just—I’m not done.”

When pressed on whether he’d have another child with one of the women he already shares kids with or someone new, Cannon simply responded, “I don’t know. That’s the thing. I leave it to the Lord.”

“Being a father of multiple kids, it's always the biggest guilt on me is that I don't get to spend enough time with all my children,” he shared in a 2022 episode of The Checkup with Dr. Agus on Paramount+. “One, ‘cause I’m constantly working, and two, because I’m just spread thin.”
