This week, "the firm behind an explosive dossier" which alleged Russians had a "pee tape" showing Donald Trump watching prostitutes perform "golden showers" appeared before the House Intelligence Committee.
Although the agency did not testify about who funded the report, published by Buzzfeed, Trump decided to add fuel to the fire by sending a questionable tweet.
