It's War! Toya Blasts Tamar and She Claps Right Back

Safe to say these two are no longer friends.

Safe to say that things have been tense between Tamar Braxton and, well, a lot of people lately. Ever since the talk show host got fired from The Real, the drama on her social media has been more captivating than the show itself.
One of the more curious incidents occurred when Tay mysteriously unfollowed her close friends Toya Wright and Monica just days after they appeared on season three of the talk show, which Tamar appeared to take as some kind of betrayal. While she failed to address the incident outright since it went down, she certainly dropped enough hints that she and her besties are done.
Well, Toya Wright decided to set the record straight — and spill plenty of tea — on the situation in her new memoir, In My Own words… My Real Reality.

Without naming anyone, she talked about appearing on her "friend's" talk show after the "friend" was fired and how the former pal was never able to get her on the show when she was one of the hosts.
“My friend was on the talk show for what I believe was two seasons and I was never able to go on there,” she writes. “After my friend was fired, my publicist was able to get me on the show, which I found to be stranger. I never had a convo with my homegirl about what happened to her and how she ended up leaving the talk show. All I knew is that she no longer worked there.”
She goes on to say that the "friend" decided to be petty and unfollow her after the appearance. “I was able to release the cover art of my new book on the show. I was super excited! Little did I know, when I was done with the show I was gonna lose a friend and get unfollowed," she says. "It was news to my ears as I logged on to my social media accounts to see that I was tagged in all kinds of posts saying that myself and another friend were unfollowed for going on the show.”
Tamar wasn't gonna let that one slide. She took to Instagram almost immediately and posted a cryptic message (without naming names, of course) captioned with a Bible verse about "swarming locusts."

Tamar's bestie, however, took a more direct approach and called out Toya for the shade:

Welp. Looks like this drama isn't just tabloid gossip. Sadly, Tamar and Toya's friendship sounds like it's over right when they needed each other most.

Maybe these two will make up on Tamar's new TV show? Get the scoop on her next move with BET Breaks, above.
