Saweetie Confirms Rumors That She’s Going To Teach A College Course At USC

She has some ideas about how businesses can market to Gen Z consumers.

iHeart Radio brought in the holiday season with its Z100 Jingle Ball NYC concert on Friday (Dec. 10) at Madison Square Garden. It featured performances by Ed Sheeran, Lil Nas X, and Saweetie, who confirmed that she will teach a branding and marketing course at the University of Southern California, iHeart Radio reported.

"The rumors are true," the "My Type" rapper stated.

She added, "It's important for businesses to evolve with modern consumers, generations Z, the millennials. They are the people spending the money."

In October, Saweetie stopped by an entrepreneurship class and spoke to undergraduate students about empathy, storytelling, and meditation, according to a tweet shared by PEOPLE's Tomas Mier.

One of the most popular segments from the concert was Saweetie's debut Jingle Ball performance that included all of her biggest hits, including: 'Tap In,' 'My Type' and her smash BOP 'Best Friend' featuring Doja Cat.
