Judge Accuses Phaedra Parks of Being Unfair to Apollo in Divorce Judgment

They will remain married until a few changes are made.

The divorce drama between Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Phaedra Parks and her estranged husband Apollo Nida just got a bit more complicated.

According to TMZ, a judge completely tossed out Parks' divorce judgment, saying it was "unfair" to Nida for multiple reasons.

The judge stated in his ruling that he was troubled by various things in the judgment, particularly Phaedra "intentionally misspelling the parties names."

TMZ, after obtaining the documents, also stated that the judge was disturbed by the fact that Apollo was told he would be able to attend future divorce hearings from prison, which was apparently never an option to begin with.

Parks' incarcerated husband was also not made aware of the final hearing or even served with documents notifying him that their divorce was final. So, technically, he and Parks are still legally married.

The reality starlet must now go back to square one.
