According to TMZ, Nida, who is serving eight years in prison for money laundering, is thrilled that a judge decided to cancel their initial divorce filing (thanks to a spelling error, of all things) and is determined to take as much of his ex-wife's wealth as he can.
Nida is using the situation to seek millions more in alimony, claiming that he is owed a portion of the former couple's million-dollar home, as well as millions in personal property and shared businesses. This surely comes as quite a blow to Parks, who was expecting to be finished and done with her incarcerated ex by now. To make matters worse for the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Nida is reportedly also seeking joint custody of their two sons.
