Khloé Kardashian's introduction to becoming a mother was met with reports of infidelity by the hands of Tristan Thompson, her boyfriend and the father of her child.

With two weeks now passing since the birth of their daughter, True, Kardashian is yet to publicly address the viral scandal, and new reports indicate that she plans on staying quiet for a specific reason.

According to Radar Online, the reality star is staying out of the public eye for a while because she's simply embarrassed.

"Khloé is keeping quiet because she is ashamed to face her fans and most of her friends," a source close to her family's reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, told the site, before adding that she feels "stuck."

"She feels torn, and like, no one understands what she is going through," the insider added.

Furthermore, Kardashian reportedly wants to keep her family with the NBA star together despite the cheating scandal, but also is furious by what he's done.

"Khloé is afraid to raise baby True on her own and wanted nothing more than to have this perfect happy family," the source said. "She knows everyone will tell her to get out of Cleveland and bring her baby back to LA, but as much as she wants to, she just can't leave right now... She is well aware that she can't just let Tristan's cheating be acceptable, because everyone around her is telling her she needs to get out."

The insider added that she "just doesn't have the strength right now" to leave him.
