Kim Kardashian Forced To Evacuate Her Calabasas Home

The reality starlet and her family were affected by a recent tragedy.

This week has proven to have been a tough one for several California natives as, following the recent Thousand Oaks bar mass shooting, a mass fire broke out in another area in the state.

Reality starlet Kim Kardashian and her family were among those affected as they live in the Calabasas region, where the fire primarily took place.

Taking to social media, Kardashian explained to her followers that she had only one hour to pick up some of her belongings from the residence before evacuating.

She even posted a video from above, showing just how intense the fire was.

"Praying for Calabasas," she captioned the video. "Just landed back home and I had one hour to pack up and evacuate our home. I pray everyone is safe."

She also added in another caption, "They're evacuating everyone now from all of our homes. Fire fighters are arriving. Thank you for all that you do for us!!!"

Radar Online reports that firefighters were actively evacuating everyone in the Calabasas, Hidden Hills and Agoura Hill areas, as the fire had spread.

This tragedy comes approximately one year after another major fire caused Kim's baby sister, Kylie Jenner, to halt production on her Lip Kits and ultimately shut down her factory for the safety of her staff.

We send our thoughts and prayers to those affected.
