Taylor Swift Might Be Dropping a 'Hip-Hop and R&B' Album, and Twitter Is Going Off

No one is here for it.

Drake may possibly have his work cut out for him.

While there have been plenty of rumors surrounding the possibility of the rapper dating Taylor Swift, it turns out that — sigh of relief — they are actually working on new music together instead. Not only that, but the 6 God may have been wisely enlisted to help make the former country starlet "edgier."

With one source claiming that T-Swift is "exploring the new urban sound in the studio," Drizzy is without a doubt the perfect candidate to help the singer with what could possibly be her first official foray into hip-hop and R&B. Considering Swift has already worked with Kendrick Lamar on the mega-successful track "Bad Blood," perhaps her transition away from pop music was inevitable.

All that being said — Twitter isn't (and ever won't be) having it. Take a look at some fiery reactions strongly against the likelihood of a Taylor Swift rap record in the tweets below.

  1. No, Ma'am.
  2. Not Here For It.
  3. ...Still No.
  4. Sleep, AF.
  5. LOL.
  6. Let's start over.
  7. Not gonna work.
  8. 'It's a no for me.'
  9. Blame Drake.
  10. Nope.
