Not only does the gift of making incredible music run in Chance the Rapper's gene pool, but so does the bravery that enables and encourages unapologetic individuality.
While Chance has previously spoken out about his decision to stay true to himself, as exemplified by his decision not to sign with a major label, it's now time for his younger brother, Taylor Bennett, to do the same.
Taking to Twitter, the Chi-town native decided to open up to his fans and share some personal news of his own, in celebration of his upcoming birthday.
"My birthday is tomorrow and moving into next year I'd like to be more open about myself to help others that struggle with the same issues," Bennett writes. "Growing up I've always felt indifferent about my sexuality and being attracted to one sex and today I would like to openly come out to my fans. I do recognize myself as a bisexual male and I do and have always openly supported the gay community and will keep doing so in 2017."
He then ends his series of tweets with #ThankYou and the "rock on" emoji, as fans began to immediately salute the recording artist for sharing such personal news on a public forum.
