Previous: Drake FINALLY premiered his More Life project on Beats 1 radio Saturday night (March 18).
After long anticipation and numerous pushbacks, the Toronto rapper let his latest work loose at approximately 6:32 pm. He seemed to already be in celebration mode as he was at a London restaurant during a call in before the playlist’s reveal.
"This is Drake coming to you live from the dinner table. London, England,” he told listeners. "I truly do wish you more love more blessings to all the people you care about. And of course More Life."
Originally, Drake announced that March 18 would be the release date of his newest musical effort. He dropped a video via Instagram with the date info and snippets of private jets, club scenes and cityscapes. Makes sense ‘cause that’s pretty much his life now.
