Omeeka fans, a.k.a. swooners of Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill’s former coupledom, may never get that flame-rekindling from the Young Money rapstress and MMG emcee they were hoping for in 2018.
But, at least they can rest assured that there’s no more post-breakup hostility between the two. As acknowledged by Nicki’s Biggie Smalls-sampling, industry-roasting “Barbie Dreams” record, where she jokingly names Meek as one of the several men unworthy of joining the queen in her bed, it’s safe to assume the two are no longer on dissing terms. Nicki’s coy response to Funk Flex’s inquiry on whether they’d ever make back up paired with her reveal that Meek stepped up as the “bigger person” and buried his hatchet with her makes that assumption even more foolproof.
Someone might want to share that with the messy speculators of Meek’s recent Instagram posts though, who are side-eyeing the Dreamchasers boss with suspicions of a shady Nicki diss.
“Don’t come to be about no ho!” he wrote in the caption of one of his photos. Atlanta rap VIP T.I. showed up to second his sentiments, which was followed by Meek’s directive to never “cuff” a woman whose already been “dunked” by one of the bros.
“That’s a rule dawg,” he wrote in the Instagram story post.
Some folks pointed fingers at Nicki as the woman in question of Meek’s obscure message. Fortunately, other fans knew better, and clapped back in defense of both Meek and Nicki with the person they believe the message is intended for.
