Things got super awkward between rapper Kodak Black and Ebro in the Morning radio show host Ebro Darden.
The Dying to Live emcee left social media in shambles after he abruptly ended their interview due to questions about his impending sexual assault case.
Due to the fact that the case is still open, Ebro offered the Florida emcee the opportunity to come back and have a more detailed discussion about the allegations once it's settled.
Kodak replied, "I feel like sometimes when n****s like me going through sh*t, y’all be entertained by bulls**t… Change the subject or I’m finna walk out," before getting up and walking out of the studio.
Ebro supporters shouted him out for raising awareness.
Sexual assault within the entertainment industry needs to be addressed more I applaud Ebro period https://t.co/4xaClrEXDN— Crowned 👑 (@Queenin_withT) December 13, 2018
I appreciate you, @oldmanebro. Felt like it needed to be said tonight. Sexual assault should always be taken seriously so thank you for using your platform with integrity.— The Opinion (@SheraeSpeaks_) December 13, 2018
Ebro said nothing wrong. don’t talk about to good without the bad. it needs to be a platform that holds that conversation and you have to grow up and talk about it. true or false. #KodakBlack— Five Richh (@RichhRumors) December 13, 2018
Big ups, @oldmanebro. This is the work and we must continue to address sexual violence directly and publicly in the company of other men. The burden of accountability starts with us. https://t.co/VOAWmsFm2V— Charles H.F. Davis III (@hfdavis) December 13, 2018
I see nothing wrong with what @oldmanebro did. I’m actually confused as to what the problem is. You people always want to separate an artist from their shameful behaviour.— #LaidBarePodcast (@Oloni) December 13, 2018
the ebro/kodak thing....pause...if u know somebody cant and wont talk durin an ongoing investigation....u shouldnt ask them bout some shit they cant legally talk about thats my opinion at a later time sure not now...— original sauce qb (@Qbdaproblem) December 13, 2018
Innocent until proven guilty. This is a boorish attempt to attack Kodak who is a GUEST to his show. No one would ever agree to visit someone as a guest just to be disrespected in any type of way. He lame for that.— LiLo (@wesmcbz) December 13, 2018
@oldmanebro u prefaced ur comment with “I know it’s sensitive so we can’t get into details” - y bring it up? u didn’t even ask a question. u knew that was insensitive. now u won’t have an opportunity to have a discussion about something u claim to take seriously— Ty Chung (@tychung_) December 13, 2018
I gave @oldmanebro benefit of the doubt watching the clip I thought maybe @KodakBlack1k was just being a diva.. but after I saw the whole interview I saw the slick lil digs during the interview. His tone and aura was condescending and out of touch. Shit was lame— God's Nephew (@ChaceGreene1) December 13, 2018
Kodak isn’t the only one there’s plenty more out there and they’ve definitely been on his show and not once did he ever mention their case but instead he focused on their music. Now all of a sudden he wanna play community police and ask like he care? it’s all clout, Ebro is corny— Kim✨ (@kxvo__) December 13, 2018
