R. Kelly Accuser Claims He Admitted To Having A Sexual Relationship With Aaliyah’s Mother
One of R. Kelly’s accusers, Lisa Van Allen, who also appeared in Lifetime’s Surviving R. Kelly documentary, has revealed new information with VladTV on Kelly’s controversial relationship with the late R&B princess Aaliyah.
According to Van Allen, Kelly confided a number of things during the time of her alleged sexually and physically abusive relationship with him. This included the alleged sexual abuse he claims to have suffered from his sister and even the intricate details of his relationship with his R&B protégé.
Controversy surrounding his relationship with Aaliyah already raised eyebrows of fans everywhere after it was revealed that he’d not only married the then-15-year-old songstress, but forged her age as 18 on nuptial documents. Now, Van Allen has revealed even more shocking details about the couple, alleging that Kelly confided to her that the marriage was actually just part of an elaborate plan after allegedly impregnating the Age Ain’t Nothing but a Number singer.
“He told me that they were married, that she was pregnant, that they did doctor up the marriage certificate…”
... Van Allen said of Kelly’s alleged revelation.
She said that he told her the alleged pregnancy was actually the reason he married her. He allegedly felt that if they were married, and the documents showed her age as 18, he wouldn’t be charged if someone discovered her pregnancy. He allegedly said that they had planned to get an abortion and have the marriage annulled before anyone could find out.
To bolster the fact that she was telling the truth about Kelly’s revelations to her, Van Allen even offered to take a lie detector test. “They stuck to their pact,” she said after Vlad said that Aaliyah remained mum on her relationship with Kelly.
Van Allen also said that Kelly revealed that Aaliyah's mother was sexually attracted to him, and he’d engaged in a sexual relationship with her, too. “He said that he would go in the living room, and him and her would do sexual acts on the couch while Aaliyah was asleep in the bedroom…”
Van Allen said that she never witnessed any of this, however, and makes it clear that these were only Kelly's statements to her. "Right now, we don't know what's true about what he says, but that's just what he said,” she said.
