Suge Knight and Katt Williams Arrested
Two of entertainment's most notorious figures were arrested on Wednesday. Death Row founder Suge Knight and comedian Katt Williams were both apprehended by police after being accused of stealing a photographer's camera last month, TMZ reports.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's office said Williams and Knight were each charged with one count of robbery. The alleged incident, involving a female paparazzo, took place September 5 outside a studio in Beverly Hills.
Knight faces up to 30 years in prison because of his lengthy rap sheet, which includes a prior conviction for assault with a deadly weapon. He was arrested in Las Vegas. Williams, who was arrested when he showed up at court for a different assault case, faces up to seven years. Bail will be set at $1 million for the former rap mogul and $75,000 for the comedian.
Beverly Hills Police are still investigating the case, authorities said.
