Congratulations are in order. After much "exhausting" effort, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting a new baby in their family. During the mid-season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, a superteaser aired with Kim announcing the good news.

“I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant,” she exclaimed during a doctor's appointment. "We are trying. We try every single day. You can't try harder than we try," she told E! News. "It's getting exhausting. He always says, 'Trying for baby No. 2 isn't as fun as trying to baby No. 1.'" Congrats to them both!
