Porsha Williams Won't Press Charges Against Cynthia Bailey Over Gut Kick

RHOA star still facing demotion after aggressive behavior, though.

Porsha Williams and Cynthia Bailey are ready to move on from their recent fight, during which Bailey reportedly kicked Williams in the stomach. A source tells E! News that Williams is not planning to press charges against her Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star.

As previously reported, the two were on a boat with co-stars Kenya Moore and Kim Fields when they started arguing. It escalated to Cynthia kicking Porsha in the gut after she repeatedly referred to her as a "b***h."

“Everyone just wants to put it behind them,” the insider says. “There’s a lot of filming left to do and they just want to move forward.”

Even though Bailey may avoid criminal charges, she won't likely keep her current position on the show. Sources say Cynthia’s violent outburst could lead to her being demoted from full-time Housewife to friend this season.

RHOA producers, who have adopted a zero-tolerance policy for physical altercations, are in the process of “reviewing footage of the incident and weighing their options for discipline,” according to production sources.
