Laila Ali Gives Baby Weight a 1-2 Punch

The former boxing champ shares her fitness plan with fans.

After giving birth to her beautiful baby girl a month ago, the boxing beauty is getting back into action with a new diet and fitness routine. Laila Ali took to her Facebook page to announce her “Get Fit” plan to lose 25-30 pounds.

Ali is on a mission, and is challenging her fans and friends to get healthy with her. “I'm going to be posting my meal routines, workout plans, cooking tips and photos of myself to show my progress," she shared in a recent YouTube video to announce her workout plan. She also will be on Facebook chat for an hour every Sunday to talk with those interested in her improvement.
