Rick Ross is accused of fathering an illegitimate baby with a Georgia woman, but the hip hop heavyweight is adamant that the child isn't his. 

Tyrisha Childers, 36, has filed a paternity suit against the Maybach Music impresario, who she claims is the father of her 3-year-old son, according to TMZ. 

Childers, who reportedly has no savings and makes just $694 per month in disability payments, is seeking child support for the toddler. 

Ross, however, has filed a response to the suit that says he's never even slept with Childers, and is eager to take a paternity test to clear his name.

The rapper has been busy promoting his upcoming fifth studio album, God Forgives, I Don't, while his current mixtape Rich Forever has received much critical praise. One of the singles, from the tape "Stay Schemin'," has been at the center of the Drake vs. Common rap beef.
