Rick Ross has a highly anticipated new album dropping this year, but before that, he's whetting appetites with an all new mixtape. Rich Forever, Ross's first tape since 2010's Ashes to Ashes, will be released online this Friday, January 6.

The Florida Bawse first announced Rich Forever on his Twitter account in late December. The news was the capper on what was a huge year for Ross, who was recently named Man of the Year by The Source magazine. His fifth album, God Forgives I Don't, was scheduled to be released in the fourth quarter of last year, but was delayed after he was hospitalized due to two seizures caused by exhaustion.

In addition to Rich Forever, Ross has talked about releasing a collaborative mixtape with his friend and frequent collaborator Drake. Details on that project have yet to be announced.
