Miguel’s leg drop at the Billboard Music Awards became an instant meme on Twitter and Instagram in 2013. And now it looks like he’ll be paying for it.

TMZ is reporting that one of the women who got injured during the incident is suing. Cindy Tsai is claiming she took a hard hit to the head, so she is suing Miguel and MGM Grand Hotel (where the event was held) for negligence. She is seeking damages to cover medical bills, lost wages and pain and suffering.

Another woman, Khyati Shai, may have suffered brain damage. In 2013, TMZ wrote “some of the difficulties she's experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury."

The 29-year-old singer is currently working on his next album, WildHeart. It features a new, polished version of “Coffee (F**king),” featuring Wale.

Miguel and producers of Billboard Music Awards have not released a comment yet.
