Pretty Girls Beef: Britney Spears Shades Iggy Azalea?

Singer claps back after Aussie blames her for song flop.

Seems like Iggy Azalea was kept out of the shade zone during Nicki Minaj's multiple wins at the 2015 BET Awards this weekend, but that doesn't mean she stayed out of trouble.

Though she missed out on picking up the Best Female Hip Hop Artist trophy (she was nominated along with Azealia Banks, Dej Loaf, Tink, Trina and the reigning queen six years in a row), Iggy spent at least part of the day dropping apparent #FactsOnly about why "Pretty Girls," a song Britney Spears featured her on, hasn't topped the charts since it dropped in May.

"Its difficult to send a song up the charts without additional promo and tv performances etc. unfortunately im just featured..." Iggy tweeted early Sunday morning (June 28).

The next day, she stood by her finger-pointing. "Genuine friends have genuine opinions. Its possible & healthy to have a differing thought without it being b****y or shade."

That didn't sit too well with Britney.

Since she's canceled her tour, at least Iggy has plenty of time to figure out their friendship before the Teen Choice Awards in August. The song is up in for Choice Song: Female.
