Sandy Springs police and U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force searched his home with a warrant in relation to his arrest of making terroristic threats to a Perimeter Mall security guard. After going through his home, Sandy Springs police charged Thug with multiple felonies, including drug and weapons violations. According to WSBTV, Thug's father says he is not guilty of anything.

This comes just hours after learning that he was allegedly plotting with Birdman to murder Weezy. The tour bus shooting, which happened back in April, was done by Jimmy Winfrey, who is known as Thugger’s road manager. He allegedly carried out their plan, per the indictment. As of now, Winfrey’s attorneys filed motions asking a judge to dismiss the racketeering charges.
