From what his new lawyer says, Suge Knight is still falling apart behind bars. Thomas Mesereau claims 50-year-old Knight needs to be moved to a different cell and that doctors think he might have a brain tumor.

Mesereau filed paperwork to get his client into new digs because the toilet in his cell won’t stop flushing. It happens every 20 minutes, and Knight is apparently unable to get any real sleep.

Moving to a new cell means less toilet noise and would help him receive better health care for the potential brain tumor and more.

The judge didn’t buy his latest plea and denied Mesereau’s request today. He was asking for relocation and to lower Knight’s bail amount from $10 million.

Knight’s medical ailments just keep pilling up. Along with suffering from numbness on one side of his body, the Death Row Records co-founder said that he’s going blind and has been hospitalized multiple times since he was jailed on murder charges.
