Waka Flocka Flame has his hands in a lot of different creative projects, but his diehard fans have been patiently waiting for Flockaveli 2.

Early this year, Waka expressed his frustrations with his label Atlantic Records. He believed that they’re delaying the release of his third studio LP and he wants to buy out his contract immediately. His new single, “Workin’,” might be his way of moving on without them.

While Waka has been beasting EDM songs, his bread and butter are trap bangers. With producer Lex Luger, he was one of the frontrunners of the sound we hear today thanks to Flockaveli, so he decides to return to those roots. Over explosive production by Tarentino, Gucci Mane’s protégé hits us hard with an aggressive flow that’ll send shocks through your whole body.
