Rick Ross is facing aggravated assault, aggravated battery and kidnapping charges after an incident involving Jonathan Zamudio that happened back in June at his Georgia mansion.

Zamudio is suing Ross for locking him up in a room against his will and allegedly attacking him. But according to TMZ, Ross is calling him a liar. He has proof too.

TMZ obtained the 911 phone call where Ross claims Zamudio called them three hours after everything happened. In the call, Zamudio is calm and doesn’t even mention he was attacked or kidnapped once.

On top of this, Zamudio was recently photographed alongside 50 Cent. Ross believes this whole thing is just a way to bring him down. Although Ross was arrested and jailed in connection to the incident, he was granted a $2 million bail a week after it happened. The case is still pending.
