Meek Mill Reveals New Life Goals After 50 Cent, Drake Feuds

Does this mean the end of Twitter fingers?

Published January 23, 2016

After taking Ls in his feuds with Drake and 50 Cent, Meek Mill is putting down his Twitter fingers to focus on something more constructive. The rapper announced that he's enrolled in college and heading back to school.

Meek made the announcement while speaking at Overbook High School in his hometown of Philadelphia, sharing his own commitment to higher education while encouraging students to stay in school. “I just enrolled in college myself,” he said. “I took it upon myself to do that because I want to be the best at what I do. I want to be the best at what I do so I enrolled in college to educate myself, get myself more knowledge because knowledge make money, being educated makes you money and I like making money and taking care of my family.”

This isn’t the only good deed Meek has done while awaiting his February 5 sentencing for parole violations. He also recently donated 60,000 bottles of water to the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan as contaminated water plagues the city of Flint, Michigan.

Though the Internet may be disappointed, we admire Meek for his efforts and think this is a much better way of spending his time than provoking other rappers into beefing.
