Russell Westbrook And His Thunder Teammate Nick Collison Recreated 'White Men Can't Jump' For Halloween And People Loved It

And the NBA MVP's wife Nina got into it as well.

Halloween came early for Russell Westbrook and his Oklahoma City Thunder teammates this year.

While the Thunder regularly go all out for Halloween, what the reigning NBA MVP pulled off this year during the team's annual celebration Saturday night will be hard to beat.

That's because Westbrook and Thunder power forward Nick Collison recreated the classic movie White Men Can't Jump as their early Halloween costume.

As evidenced by Russ's Instagram account, they nailed it! And perhaps the greatest indication of just that is a pretty cool co-sign from Wesley Snipes, who of course portrayed Sidney Deane, co-starring in the 1992 movie with Woody Harrelson.

Here's Snipes' reaction and what fans had to say about Westbrook and Collison's Halloween take on White Men Can't Jump.

  • Peep how Russell Westbrook and his Thunder teammate Nick Collison nailed their 'White Men Can't Jump' Look and brought their ladies into it

    We see you, Nina.

  • Wesley Snipes let it be known that he loved it by tweeting ...

    We must agree as well.

  • And there was a lot more love for Westbrook's and Collison's look where that came from

They definitely did that and then some.

  • It looks like Russ definitely topped dressing up as thunder teammate Steven Adams in the past

Russ just keeps raising his Halloween bar.

  • But people felt compelled to show him their own 'White Men Can't Jump' Halloween take

Sorry, guys, but Russ and Nick did it best.

  • There's zero doubt that the Thunder's got Halloween on lock when it comes to the NBA

Yes, OKC runs October 31 — even if it came early this year.

  • People loved Westbrook's Halloween look so much that they made this prediction ...

Will he make it two straight MVP awards? Well, first his Thunder will tip off their 2017-18 season by hosting the New York Knicks on Thursday night.
