"Chill, unc ... they good people!"

Published January 2nd

It's clear that Shannon Sharpe is trying to start the New Year like he ended 2017 — by unabashedly showing his thirst for Nicole Murphy.

Hours before the ball dropped, ushering in 2018, one of Sharpe's Twitter followers posted a snippet of Drake's 2017 Virginia Black commercial featuring his song "Passionfruit," which includes cameos by his dad, Dennis Graham, and Murphy. The Fox Sports 1 Undisputed personality and former three-time Super Bowl champion hilariously responded to that by tweeting, "ya'll trying to get Drake and his pops f'd up!"

Bruh! No chill whatsoever! And Shannon's fans loved it, letting him know with these amusing reactions.

  1. Shannon didn't hesitate putting Drizzy and his dad in his crosshairs over Nicole

    No Fs given at all!

  2. Twitter saw Shannon's tweet and was like ...

    HA!

  3. Others just died laughing

    Real tears over here, too.

  4. If it wasn't obvious before, it should be clear now that ...

    #Facts.

  5. Drake probably saw Shannon's tweet and was like...

    You scared?

  6. Considering that this commercial has been out for quite some time, people were waiting for Sharpe's response

*To speak up, but we know what you mean. So were we.

  7. and if this wasn't enough hilarity, Shannon followed up the tweet with this ...

Not only would the culture understand, but they'd support you on it.

  8. At the end of the year, Shannon was the 'Undisputed' people's champ of sports media and it looks like he's trying to repeat in 2018

    GOAT status cemented.
