If you are one of Massy Arias’ 2.2 million followers on Instagram, then her amazing snapback results at only nine days postpartum shouldn’t come as a shock — her six-pack poked through her growing belly well into her pregnancy — but nevertheless it is impressive. At just nine days postpartum, the celebrity trainer shared a before-and-after pic of her body’s journey that looks too good to be true.
Her taught tummy, toned biceps and thighs, and overall glow show no signs of new mommyhood. Let’s just say if she wasn’t holding her newborn daughter, Indira Sarai, we’d question whether the whole pregnancy thing was hoax. While her transformation seems unrealistic, she does whip bodies into tip-top shape for a living, and luckily enough for us, she documented her entire nutrition and fitness regimen on social media.
Massy works out A LOT, and while she traded in intense exercises for low-impact workouts like yoga during her pregnancy, she still worked up a sweat regularly. However, since giving birth, she’s taken a break to heal and credits breast-feeding as her physical “workout.”
Her diet while preggo was mostly vegetarian with a few lean meats like grilled chicken and salmon sprinkled in. Massy seems to be sticking to a similar plan now. Pics of mouth-watering oatmeal bowls and plates decorated with colorful veggies take up her feed. Plant-based protein shakes are also a staple she swears by.
The pressure to snap back is real and boy did she set the bar high! Though always being one to lift others up, she did offer others looking to replicate her results some words of wisdom.
