Rihanna's venturing into the world of luxury.
The singer, who successfully took over the ready-to-wear market with her Fenty x Puma collection, is adding jewelry designer to her résumé as she recently collaborated with luxury brand Chopard for a collection launching this May, and she's got the first shot to prove it's worth the wait.
RiRi posted the polished portrait of herself wearing a few of her designs to her Instagram account. Take a look, below:
According to Elle, RiRi drew inspiration from the gardens and Carnival celebrations in her home island of Barbados for what is called the "Rihanna Loves Chopard" collection.
It consists of nine pieces she co-designed with Chopard's creative director Caroline Scheufele, and each design will be "super limited edition" with only 2,000 of each being made available for purchase.
The items are currently available for pre-order and range from $1,460 to $11,140 to a "price upon request" all-diamond watch.
This venture stands as one of Rihanna's many endorsement deals. In addition to her previously mentioned Fenty x Puma collection, the pop star has also done work with Manolo Blahnik, Dior and Stance.
