Why doesn’t it surprise us anymore when Kim Kardashian is accused of copying the work of others? Maybe because it happens so often.
ICYMI: Back in July, Vibes Media accused the social media starlet of copying their logo for her Kimoji Vibes perfume.
Now, Kim’s being called out for allegedly copying an advertising campaign. SMH, such a fail.
On Friday, the beauty mogul released the promo photos promoting her newest lipsticks for KKW Beauty, and, quickly, a jewelry designer took notice of the eerie resemblance of their work.
As you can imagine, she’s putting the KUWTK star on blast!
According to Tanaya Henry, the founder of "Laced By Tanaya," Kim and her photographer copied her photo concepts, and she’s calling her out on social media.
“Shoutout to @kimkardashian and @marcushyde for completely jacking NOT ONLY my concept, but #LIPLACE too!”
In a series of throwback photos, Tanaya shared photos which seem to show a very similar concept to Kim’s new promo photos. She then went on to talk about how the Kardashian-Jenner clan have all worn her body jewelry.
“Kim, you’ve pulled my product & you could’ve again for this shoot. Your whole family’s worn @lacebytanaya.”
Keep scrolling to check out the similarities.
What makes the 30-year-old even more furious is that she feels she’s been backstabbed, especially because she had just spoken to Kanye on Facetime just four days prior to the photos releasing.
“I just said hi to Kanye on FaceTime 4 days ago. You guys are trash.”
What do you think of the similarities? Did Kim copy Tanaya?
