A Hater Tried To Come For Cardi B’s $20 Maternity Dress, But Her Clapback Shut Them Down

Don’t try to tell her she’s not bute.

With over 27 million Instagram followers, there are bound to be haters amongst your circle, which is exactly what Cardi B learned when she shared adorable moments from her baby shower, and a hater commented: “All that money and the baby shower look like a bucket of CORN.”

Quickly Cardi clapped back on social media: “It was beautiful and we was happy,” before adding, “your mom waited a whole nine months for you to be ugly and a bucket of disappointment.”

Bloop!

Over the weekend, Cardi looked completely unfazed from the rude comments as she flaunted her adorable huge baby bump while rapping to her newly released collaboration—"Who Wants the Smoke," with Lil' Yachty and her rapper husband, Offset.

With over 13 million views, it’s safe to say social media can’t get enough of the Bronx Native—especially her affordable fashion.

For those who don’t know, the “Invasion of Privacy” rapper has never been known for hiding information about her bargain shopping, so when an eager fan asked on Twitter: “Where’s this dress from!?”

The expectant mother furnished her fan with the details: “Target.”

Turns out, Cardi swapped out her signature Fashion Nova ‘fits in exchange for a $20 off-the-shoulder floral maxi dress from Target.

The dress is available in two colors with sizes ranging from XS-XXL.

Although the “Bodak Yellow” rapper is constantly reppin’ “bloody shoes” in her raps and social media, Cardi has never been a stranger to bargain shopping.

This is exactly why the 25-year-old rapper is so relatable!
