Although she shared the photo a week ago, we now learn the magical cupcakes picnic enjoyed by cousins True Thompon, Stormi Webster, Chicago West and Saint West was from a half-birthday party thrown for Khloe’s baby girl. Yes, the elaborate setup was to celebrate True’s 6-month mark.
