Offset Shuts Down Quavo Feud Rumors and Confirms They’re on Good Terms
Offset is clearing up any rumors about his ongoing feud with Quavo, confirming they are not at odds anymore.
During his appearance on Carmelo Anthony’s podcast, “7PM In Brooklyn With Carmelo Anthony,” the former Migos member stopped by to promote his upcoming project, “Kiari,” and opened up about his relationship with Quavo.
“We holla at each other every other week,” he told the former NBA star.
“That’s family at the end of the day. You’re gonna bump heads with your family sometimes, but ain’t nobody playing with me, ain’t nobody playing with him … nobody.”
The two rappers were at odds and came together after their group member, Takeoff, was unfortunately killed after an early morning shooting in a bowling alley in Houston.
Quavo and Offset united at the 2023 BET Award performing a tribute for their deceased member.
"I love all my fans. I love y'all. We did a BET performance, man. It was iconic, man," Offset said during an Instagram Live at the time, BET reported.
"It cleared my soul. Me and my brother, Quay, man, we put that together within, like, 16 hours, like, 15 hours... We do that 'cause we're some real stars. We do this music. We the greatest group to ever touch the mic. RIP my brother, Take. We did it for my brother, Take. Me and Quay stood tall, brother to brother. And I appreciate everybody for supporting. It was a movie, it was a vibe. We needed that for the culture. Thank God for that moment. We did it for Take... And you know, when you put the three heads together, it's always gon' be cinematic. It's always gon' be the truth. It's always gon' be Godly.”
