Bel-Air Season 2 is on the way and the trailer for the reimagined show has officially dropped and teases that Fresh Prince alum Tatyana Ali will appear in the new season.

Ali will play Ashley (Akira Akbar) English Literature teacher Mrs. Hughes at Bel-Air middle school, who sees something special in Ashley, often giving her books from her personal collection,” according to the official description. The veteran actress starred as Ashely Banks, the youngest daughter in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air during the sitcom's original run from 1990 to 1996.

For Season 2 of Bel-Air, Will (played by Jabari Banks) gets recruited by big-time basketball scouts while Carlton (played by Olly Sholotan ) gets involved in a  nasty fistfight.

Bel-Air also stars Coco Jones, Adrian Holmes, Cassandra Freeman, Jordan L. Jones, Jimmy Akingbola, and Simone Joy. A cameo by Saweetie will also take place this season.

The next premieres Feb. 23 on Peacock, with new episodes streaming on Thursdays.
