Angel Reese 1 Sneaker by Reebok Drops on September 18th
The wait is over.
The Angel Reese 1 by Reebok will launch on Sept. 18 on Reebok.com and at brick and mortar retailers.
After the release of WNBA legend Rebecca Lobo's Reebok Lobo in 1997, Angel Reese is now the second WNBA player to have a signature shoe with the brand.
The Angel Reese 1 shoes are reminiscent of the Engine A, debuted by Angel Reese a year ago, they are a low-top basketball shoe nodding to 90s style footwear.
The Angel Reese 1 shoes, going for $120, come in three colorways, all-white "Diamond Dust", pink-colored "Mebounds", and black and white "Receipts Ready”.
According to Elle Magazine, Reese is only in her sophomore year in the WNBA but she is already a two-time WNBA All-Star. Not only is Reese the second-youngest in league history to record a triple-double, she is the fastest player to reach 600 points and 600 rebounds. She is also on her way to becoming the first player to grab more than 15 rebounds in four straight games.
In addition to the Angle Reese 1, Reese is also set to launch an apparel collection with Reebok. Her signature collection is a nod to her unapologetic energy and her off-court fashions. The collection will offer cropped tanks, graphic tees, sweatshirts and sweatpants.
Reese, excited about building her brand, shared this with Elle: “It’s a blessing. I don’t know when the perfect time would be, because so many great things are happening at once all the time for me...but I know fans have been wondering and asking about it. And I know it was supposed to come in 2026, but I thought, Why not now?Why not year two? Why not be able to wear my shoe while I’m playing and striving for great things?”
The All-star continued, “Being able to have the support that I have right now with the fans is really important to me, and I’m trying to maximize everything while I can. This is a really important moment for me right now, and I’m really excited for it to launch.”
The Angel Reese 1s aren’t available for pre-order, but you can sign up for a reminder here.
