Tyga and Blac Chyna Reach Custody Agreement

“They'll have joint legal and physical custody, and will both have the right to make decisions on the 11-year-old's health, education and general welfare.”

Tyga and Blac Chyna have reached an agreement on the custody of their 11-year-old son, King Cairo, TMZ reported.

Tyga will not be required to pay child support despite Chyna’s request for $125,000 to cover legal and accounting expenses. In court documents filed in the fall, the reality star revealed that she sold her belongings to cope with financial difficulties caused by a substantial decline in her business sales.

Having deactivated her OnlyFans account in March, Chyna – whose real name is Angela White – attributed her growing debts to an ongoing legal dispute with her ex-partner.

Per TMZ, “Sources with direct knowledge of the settlement tell us both parents have come to a surprisingly amicable arrangement...they'll have joint legal and physical custody, and will both have the right to make decisions on the 11-year-old's health, education and general welfare.”

A judge ordered Chyna and Tyga, whose real name is Michael Stevenson, to use a program to monitor their co-parenting communications. Additionally, the court ordered that neither parent can talk poorly about the other around King. The child will spend Monday through Friday with his father, Tyga, and Friday through Monday with Chyna.

In documents acquired by PEOPLE in July, Chyna initiated legal proceedings seeking joint legal and physical custody. In response to a post by The Shade Room about the filing, Tyga commented, "10 years later...na...stick to ur schedule sat-mon."

In October, during an interview with Nick Viall and Natalie Joy on their podcast The Viall Files, Chyna discussed her recent custody filing. Addressing the challenges of co-parenting amid the legal battle, she emphasized her desire to maintain normalcy in King's routine.

"For the first four years of Kingy's life, I had him Monday through Friday, right?" Chyna explained. "And then that's when I had become pregnant with Dream. And it was like the school, and this, and pregnant, and a new relationship ... it was like a lot for me. So then that's when our schedules had changed."

The mom of two completed her court-ordered parenting class last month, a component of her custody dispute. Page Six obtained court documents on November 8, revealing that the "Special Forces" star finished the online course "Our Children First" on November 1.
